I'm a big fan of the Altenew brushes and the Micro Blend Set didn't disappoint! I especially like that in this set of 4 you get 2 brushes in the 2 different sizes. They are great for detail work and those tiny areas that you want to pin-point for color. I have many brushes from other companies and they are great BUT I find myself reaching for these brushes when I need to apply color to a tiny area. The short flat bristles are compact so when you add a little pressure they don't fan out getting color where you don't want it. I work mostly with dye ink and am working on having enough of each size for 1 for the light shades and 1 for the darker shades of each color family. I'm hoping that Altenew is considering doing a storage container similar to the one for they have for the Mini brushes. These are to long to fit in that one.
Brushes are great for blending. I use the mini and micro for small areas on stencils.
