Items usually take 2-3 weeks to be back in stock. We work hard to get them as soon as we can so we can serve our customers right away.

If you have the product in stock, please replace the product for your customer. Then, reach out to us with a photo of the defective product and we will provide you with a refund.

If you don’t have a spare product on hand, contact us with a photo of the defective product. If your customer is located in the US and we have the product in stock, we will directly ship the replacement as a courtesy. If that is not the case, we will issue you a refund for the product so you can issue a refund to your customer for that item.

Please note that all photos of defective products are subject for review before a replacement or refund request is approved.

Unfortunately not. As a wholesale partner you are not allowed to sell Altenew products on third party selling platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy or FB Marketplace. Violation of this will mean deactivation of your wholesale account.

The minimum order amount is $200 excluding shipping, this minimum is the same for the initial order and any re-orders.

None! You can order different qty of each product as long as your total reaches $200 which is our order minimum amount (not including shipping).

For ongoing promotions, we asked that you do not offer a discount greater than 5% on any Altenew product. For short term special promotions like 2 day deal or black friday sales, you can offer bigger discounts.

Please note that you can only use one code per order. If you have 2 or more promo codes, please choose which of them will work best for you. You can, however, use multiple gift cards in one order on top of one promo code.
