Good coverage for a solid stamp

I was making some Christmas cards for my sister to send and the stamp I was using had a LOT of solid color. So I needed a juicy stamp pad that provided good solid ink. In testing several, my Altenew Obsidian Black provided the best coverage but at didn’t want black. I ordered the Desert Night and it worked well. I did double stamp but got pretty good coverage.

Lovely Deep Blue

This is such a beautiful blue! And I love the way these ink pads are designed so that the lid can click into the bottom and make it easy to hold the ink pad. That way I don't misplace the lid, and I have something sturdy to hold onto while inking up my stamps.
