These can each be stamped on their own or together, aligned perfectly or slightly offset for variety. The set is finished with a sentiment, "you shine like a star", just perfect for any recipient! Designer's Tips: For a modern twist, try offsetting the outline from the solid balloon just slightly. The outline can be stamped in black, in a coordinating color, or even heat embossed! Use a fine pen (like the ones from our Fine Liner Pen Set) to draw in the strings of the balloons once you stamp them. Alternatively, you can tie actual string or twine to the bottom of the balloon die-cut!
