The Pond Flowers Die Set includes 3 types of flowers that can be mixed and matched for a fun unique look along with some whimsical leaves to accompany the composition. There is also a water pond shape plus its outline which is a perfect addition if you are creating a shaker pocket out of the pond.

All of our dies work great with a majority of the die-cutting machines available on the market. This is a great set for creating quick and easy projects with a unique look.

Designer's Tips: The pond is a perfect shape for creating shaker cards! Cut the solid pond piece two times: once out of acetate and another from blue cardstock. Then, cut the outline out of gold cardstock and adhere it over the acetate piece. Flip over the piece and add foam tape all around the border. Add sequins, remove the release paper, and close up with the second pond piece you cut out of cardstock. Finish up your project by adorning your scene with some flowers and leaves.

I think this is going to be a very useful die set. Not only as a pond with flowers but the little flowers could make up a whole section of a card panel for a background. I see me using this die set a lot.

Pond Flowers Die Set

I bought the Pond Flowers die set to accompany the Wooden Rowboat set, largely wanting to use the pond shape as a water feature. While crafting, I decided I liked the whimsical look other designers had achieved by placing flowers in and around the boat. (Thank you all for the inspiration!) And then... I realized how versatile those flowers truly are. I use them ALL the time: to make small bouquets, to tuck around a larger focal flower, to fill entire card fronts. These little guys are great! They can be made very dimensional with a small pinch or roll around a paint brush or lie flat. They can be assembled as shown on the Layering Guide or put together in any number of ways. I continue to use the pond shape, both with and without the rowboat, but those flower dies? They're quite often right at hand. : -)

This is a great die set.

This die set could be used in so many ways. I believe it would be great for a toddler's birthday as well as an adult male or female greeting card. It has so many possibilities.

I am always on the lookout for small floral designs to fill in my card designs. I especially like these because they have layers which add dimension.
