I absolutely love this set that makes a large flower. You can get wonderful results using many different combinations of colored card stock, including metallics. But if you really want to step it up, look on youtube for the video by Jennifer McGuire and Jaycee Gaspar. Jaycee teaches how to hand-color white card stock to make the most beautiful blossom! It's pretty easy to get great results with Altenew layered flower dies, but it is so generous of these talented designers to freely share their personal design techniques to make us all look like experts! Highly recommend. ;-)

The packaging doesn't do the set justice. I purchased this based on a video by Jennifer McGuire and Jaycee Gaspar and I am not disappointed. The top layer is very delicate and may require a shim to cut cleanly, but the result is large and lovely.

Very pleased with these dies. Very versatile set. Having fun experimenting and playing with them. Watching Jacee use it gave me more inspiration using different ink colors!

The Blossom of Life Die Set

Layering flower die cuts has always been one of my favorite Altenew items. These flowers are very large and the layers offer lots of creative expression. I must admit I was in awe watching Jaycee create with this die set. I loved it so much I bought another for a gift for my daughter in Alaska.
