We have carefully chosen a sturdy, yet flexible brush tip that is perfect for brush calligraphy, and the fine tip lends itself well to hand lettering.

Each marker contains a fine nib for detail work as well as a brush nib for covering large areas, blending, and calligraphy.

Work Great

I had to try the Dual Tip Pens right away, shipping was slow due to the holidays, this was not Altenew's fault. They color so beautifully and the colors are so vibrant. I used them on a set of Foiled Cards I had in my stash and I love the way the cards turned out.

Love the Hawaiian Shores Dual Tip Pens (Water-Based)

I love the way how they glide when you use them (fat tip), but I'm not to fond of how those tips start like fraying. Cause then you have like a little felt type ball on the tip. I wish those were more sturdier but other than they're cute, versatile pens. I wish they had more colors, different shade's & hues. The felt tip also work amazingly on canvases, the fine tip eh. But still good to, just not so much for canvases.

Beautiful on mixed media paper

When these came in the mail I tested these out in my new sketchbook that had drawing and mixed media pages in it. I was worried because they weren't expensive. But It worked beautifully on the mixed media and the colors looked gorgeous. 100% honesty. If I didn't believe it worked I wouldn't be saying it. I'm so glad I bought these. Brush and water is a must have with these as it really helps with the watercolor effect ❤️

Amazing Pens!

The packaging is so beautiful and I love how the pen has both a brush and a fine tip which really helps alot in my lettering. The colors are so vibrant and the brush tip has the perfect flexibility so I really recommend these pens for beginners!😍✨
