Virginia's Guest Design (Week 3)
Hello Altenew friends! I am happy to share more projects with you! Today's theme is about "Pattern Paper Play". I know we all are pattern paper hoarders to some degree. There are some very special papers that we keep...like...forever...and then we wait...and wait....until the arrival of a very special occasion. Well, I did just that with my Origami paper. They were gifted to me from my Japanese stamping friend Tomo a few years ago.
The Ori Kami set and my Origami paper are a match made in heaven.
Lastly, I used Basic Grey's Fresh Cut and assembled the Magnolias for Her and made a little hexagon card.
The easiest way is to stamp a few Magnolia on assorted paper and cut them out. After that, I assembled one petal at a time! It's really fun and relaxing. I think it's a perfect thing to do while you catch up on your favorite TV shows!
I hope these cards help you get started on some ideas and get creative. It has been a great joy to share my Altenew projects with you here. I will be back for next week's (final) installment! Thanks so much for stopping by!
Edited: Origami paper can also be purchased from your nearby Michael's.
