Love the design but have trouble aligning the smaller stamps that are used to fill in the background. I’m still working out how to best position them for a clean look. I have filled in the background free hand using the metallic water colors. It makes a lovely background.
Hi Nan,
Thanks for taking the time out of your busy day to send us your feedback and your card. It is lovely!
If you need more details in terms of lining them up, you may watch our Youtube video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzQN93lN2U4
Another beautiful background with endless possibilities.
What a gorgeous pattern that can easily be used for an elegant background or as a focal point. For my first project with this set, I plan to make a card set as a gift. I will watercolour the background monochromatically, but use a different color for each card. For my second project, I plan another gift. This time I will heat-emboss the pattern on coloured cardstock using a variety of colours. For my third project, I will colour the pattern in rainbow colors. I also plan some holiday cards using a layered snowflake as a focal point on this stamped background. So many ideas, so little time...
This must be the most fun stamp! First, it is BIG! Imagine coloring it with watercolors, colored pencils, alcohol markers or stamping it with embossing powder! Enjoy!
This is such a beautiful large stamp! It is great for your backgrounds on your cards and scrapbook pages!
