Craft-A-Flower: Southern Magnolia Layering Die Set

Altenew is really the best at creating elegant, stunning, and unique floral layering dies. I am happy I got these florals- they are large but have lovely details and would make a great focal point on a card project. I used them to help decorate a gift and had fun creating with them.

This set layers together beautifully! Another great addition to my CAF collection! Both flowers are lovely and easy to assemble! I recommend reverse tweezers to hold the small pieces when applying glue to them and layering them on the other die cuts. Using double-sided adhesive sheets to die cut the very smallest pieces will help, also.

This went into my cart as soon as I saw it, I have a huge 55+ year old Magnolia in my front yard, this die set makes pretty realistic Southern Magnolias.

Wonderful die set

I absolutely love Southern Magnolias and am blessed to live in an area where there are many. This die captures them wonderfully and creates such a life-like representation! I'm still working on my ink-shading skills to create just the perfect look, which is part of the joy of working with this die set. I've received more comments on cards with this flower than any other--due not so much to my skill as to Altenew's products. Or maybe it's that everyone loves Southern Magnolias. (smile)
