Great gold tone- not to yellow or brassy. It did nicely with all the details. The roses (from the farmhouse florals embossing folder) on the card I made are what I used it on.
This is my first attempt at embossing anything so I'm really excited to share my results. I stamped an image a couple of times and then stamped a sentiment onto 65lb cardstock to emboss. The final result has a bit of a grainy look in a few areas. I'm not sure if that's due to my inexperience, ink used, or if it's something common to the powder. It was intended as a practice, but it turned out so pretty I ended up using it to make my third card(posted at "Adore You" stamp set) ever!
Got to finally play with this embossing powder tonight and it was perfect! See pic of my test/experiment on blue card stock, which it complemented perfectly. I'm sorry I didn't get this powder sooner and love that it comes with a seal on the jar to prevent accidental spills as opposed to Rangers embossing powders. Thank you Altenew for creating such a wonderfully vibrant embossing powder!
I'm so happy I found the Antique Gold embossing powder! Its perfect to add an extra sparkle to my card projects!
